Translation Service Steps

Eastrust Translation Service usually follows the following steps for our project managing process. During this process we need assistance from our client to ensure the best and most accurate translation possible.

Project Communication

1. The project manager communicates with the client regarding the service package: document content, document background, text style, design requirements, delivery channel, time frame, payment terms and etc.
2. After an agreement reached with our client, the project manager select the most suitable translators for the specific project and set up a project team.

Document Preprocessing

1. The project manager compiles a necessitated glossary after a complete
reading of the documents.
2. Our translators analyze the glossary thoroughly, and complete a translation of the entries.
3. The project manager delivers the glossary to the client for review.
4. If a glossary for that client already exists, revisions to the glossary are incorporated.

Translation

1. Our translators start translating the document. Terminology is based on the revised and approved glossary.
2. The project manager compiles the translators' questions and keeps contact with the client for clarifications.
3. The project manager irregularly sits together with the translators to assure quality control and specifics consultation and work progress.

Proofreading

1. A native-speaking expert or another qualified translator proofreads and edits the completed translation and incorporates necessary corrections after consultation.
2. The project manager contacts the translators with suggestions regarding
stylistic or other changes.

Final Work Delivery

1. We deliver the translation to the client via express courier or via the Internet according to the previous agreement with the client.
2. The project manager keeps contact with the client for queries concerning
the translation work.
